Sell: xx  Goldbrook Cres., Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1V4

In March, Power 7 team sold a house with highest price in our street. Based on their brilliant performance, we called them to talk about our house selling. The next day, Crystal with the team came to our home and gave us a detailed presentation on the similar house selling situation in our area and their house selling strategy etc.. After our consideration, we believed they could sell the house to meet our expectation. So we signed the agreement with them. They assigned a stager to check our house and gave us a detailed report on how to renovate the house with minimum expense. We followed the report to renovate the house and the  team arranged staging in the house. 

After all preparation was done, the house was listed in the MLS. In the same period in our area, there were 10 townhouses/Semi-houses listing in the MLS. Due to the serious situation, they listed a lower price to attract buyer to see the house. The first day, 3 buyers came to see the house. The second day, 10 buyers came. And in the second day evening, 2 buyers would present their offers. The first buyer presented an offer with almost our expected price which is much higher than the listing price. When the buyer presented the 2nd offer, the price was increased and all conditions were removed! After that, we were told that Crystal talked with the buyer's agent for a few hours at the first listing day to explain our expectation and average price in our street. That was why the buyer presented a reasonable price to us in the first offer. Wow, what a powerful experience in the selling! What a selling strategy and skills! So we signed the offer and the house was sold in less than two days!

In the team instruction page, Crystal is recommended for home buyer because of her strong experience and diligent. We have known her selling skills after she sold our house in two days and also trusted her to find an ideal home for us.

Crystal set up an automatic email to send us our expected houses listing every day. We found our interested houses and asked her to bring us to see the houses. Crystal always arrived the house on time even if she's been very busy every day. She explained every details including pros and cons of the house especially the house structure. We have learned a lot of knowledge of the house from her. She never pushed us to present offer but just patiently waited us to decide. She said that the satisfaction to the house is the most important thing.

Crystal brought us to see almost 30 more houses in 20 days. Finally, we found 5 Riding Mountain Dr. in the MLS listing at its first day listing. We requested to see the house. Crystal called the agent right away but the agent never answered the phone. So Crystal tried and tried for a few hours until the agent answered the phone. We got the chance to see the house at the first day of listing. We liked the house and decided to present an offer. But it was already 6pm in the evening. Crystal heard from the agent that there were some other buyers saw the house as well and they might present offer the next day. So Crystal asked us if we could present offer at 11pm and we accepted her suggestion. It was a hard process to negotiate with the seller. It took three more hours to finally get the offer signed off.

It was Crystal's experience and diligent work so we could buy our satisfied house in a reasonable price without having to enter offer bidding process. It is true that Crystal is the ideal agent for home buyers. We would recommend Crystal to all home buyers.
